Стоит, наверное, сказать пару слов, чем я собственно занимаюсь. Должность моя — инженер. Работаю я в сфере микроэлектроники по специальности «Микроэлектроника и твердотельная электроника» (Закончил МИСиС). Лаборатория наша занимается анализом отказов изделий микроэлектронной промышленности. Я специалист широкого профиля (в рамках лаборатории), но в основном моя стезя- электронная микроскопия. У нас в лаборатории не принято работать за каким-то одним прибором, это удел лаборантов. Если нужно решить поставленную задачу, то специалист нашего технопарка пользуется почти всей доступной техникой. Естественно, что каждый работник тяготеет к какой-то сфере, лично я — к растровой (сканирующей) электронной микроскопии, кратко РЭМ. Или SEM, если пользоваться зарубежной аббревиатурой.
Что такое электронная микроскопия — читайте википедию. Я просто скажу, что современная эл. микроскопия позволяет рассматривать атомы. Можете убедиться, на сайте FEI Company есть фото с просвечивающего микроскопа Titan. Я Вам, правда, изображений подобного разрешения показывать не буду, у меня микроскопы попроще. Минимальный размер, который мне удалось получить — 6 нм. Как-нибудь продемонстрирую. Сегодня же я покажу пару изображений, в которых я увидел некую красоту. К сожалению, блограунд не позволяет вставлять изображения с гуглдиска или яндексдиска, а на левых файлобменниках я не хочу выкладывать ничего. Поэтому Вам, уважаемые читатели, придется тыркать в ссылки.
Курсивом я буду давать пояснения к изображениям. Есть несколько общих правил: во-первых, на каждом изображении будет стоять моя подпись в виде С.С.С. (с) с линейкой. Длина линии подписана сверху. Т.е. еще раз — длина зеленой линии сверху, чтоб вы ориентировались в размерах на изображении. Во-вторых, на некоторых изображениях есть тулбар, черная полоса со множеством цифр. Они там могут меняться, вам нужно запомнить только несколько — «mag», сокращенно от magnification, т.е. степень увеличения. Если там стоит цифра 3000х, то это значит изображение увеличено примерно в 3000 раз. Еще один интересный для вас показатель — HFW. Эта цифра показывает ширину поля зрения, т.е. если там цифра 90 мкм, то это означает, что от края до края изображения именно 90 мкм. Далее идет линейка с цифрой, поясняющая собственно длину изображенной линейки. Остальные цифры будут интересны только специалистам, если захотите узнать, милости прошу, задавайте вопросы. И САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ: ЕСЛИ ХОТИТЕ ЗАБРАТЬ ИЗОБРАЖЕНИЕ, НЕ ЗАБУДЬТЕ УКАЗАТЬ АВТОРА И ИСТОЧНИК. Изображения можно скачивать и рассматривать детально, многие из них в хорошем качестве.
Первое изображение:
На изображении — остатки контакта кристалла микросхемы после жидкостного химического травления. Контакт золотой, поэтому остался стоять, гордо возвышаясь над потравленной поверхностью кристалла. Более светлые магистрали на сером фоне — остатки алюминиевых шин металлизации. Если присмотритесь, то увидите на поверхности шин ровные области, состоящие из маленьких белых точек. Это ничто иное, как вольфрамовые соединительные межслойные контакты. Диаметр контактов порядка 300 нм. Как-нибудь я покажу их целиком в высоком разрешении, но не сегодня.
Второе изображение:
Тут уже целая контактная площадка с внешним золотым выводом. Рядом две сферы из мягкоплавкого металла, олова или свинца. Диаметр крупной сферы — примерно 50 мкм, что соответствует примерной толщине человеческого волоса. Глаз на крупной сфере — это не отражение чего-либо. Когда говоришь об электронном микроизображении, то нужно забыть об оптике, аналогии будут не точными. В данном случае на металлической сфере был фокус электронного пучка и вот таким причудливым образом перераспределился заряд на поверхности. Там где светлее — небольшой избыток электронов на поверхности. Подержи я пучок чуть дольше, картина была бы совершенно иной.
На сегодня все, камрады. Через пару дней подвешу еще пару интересных микроизображений.
